This system includes everything you need to mount 3x Rhino Rack Sportz bars onto the roof of a KZN185 Hilux Surf. The kit includes:

  • 2 Rhino Rack Sportz bars and all the hardware needed to mount onto the existing factory roof tracks on the roof of the KZN185 Hilux Surf.
  • A pair of aftermarket black aluminum tracks 500mm long that need to be permanently riveted to the roof forward of the factory roof tracks.
  • 1 Rhino Rack Sportz bar and all the hardware needed to mount onto the 500mm long aftermarket tracks.
  • Spacers for the front and rear bar to ensure the 3 bars are level (1x QMVA15 on the front bar and 1 x QMVA15 on the rear bar).

The correct position of the aftermarket tracks on the roof is shown in the images of this listing. The 3rd bar can then be installed onto the 500mm aftermarket tracks. Professional installation is recommended- please ask. The Sportz Quick Mount RLT600 roof rack system is attached to the factory tracks on your vehicles roof.
