Advantage Alloy ute Trays are designed, extruded and heavy anodised to suit New Zealand’s harsh conditions. The heavy anodising allows for a harder wearing surface and does not fade or dull off like mill finished materials. All fasteners are stainless steel with nyloc nuts and hinges are fitted with nylon bushes to help eliminate rattle. Advantage alloy ute trays come complete with mesh cab protector, tail light guards and our comprehensive warranty. A range of Ladder Racks, Tool Boxes and Sliding Trays are available for all Advantage Alloy Ute trays.

• All alloy components are anodized to prevent early corrosion.
• The base construction comes pre-assembled.
• The sides and rear gate come pre-assembled.
• All major components are pre-drilled for ease of assembly.
• The headboard tube is polished in a matt finish. It is pre-drilled to be flexible for different heights mounting.
• All hinges contain a plastic bush to prevent rattle noise.
• The side gates and rear gate have one hinge 20mm longer to provide better lead in onto the base of the tray.
• The long hinges contain a R-clip to prevent the gates ability to slip of the tray base.
• The cab protector is made of alloy and powder coated to match the alloy appearance.
• The headboard tube contains two vertical pins (distance is 1232, 16mm diameter) for overhead load transport.
• Light guards and standard brackets for tail lights are provided
• Number plate bracket is provided as a standard item
• A fuel filler mounting bracket is provided.
• Rope rails are supported with a number of brackets to resist movements of heavy loads.
• Anti-luce locks are used to secure gates closed.
• Mud guards are single wings with stays – positioned onto the chassis where appropriate.
• Mud flaps are supplied as standard.
• The deck comes with mounting brackets and fastener kits to mount it onto vehicle.
• Most components are available as Spare Parts if required.
