The Skycamp® 3.0 Mini is the newest edition of our compact roof top tent that sets up in 1 minute. It’s ideal for anyone with a short bed pickup truck, a small sedan, or simply wanting to save space on their roof rack. This versatile model sleeps two and includes all of the improved features of the Skycamp® 3.0 in a smaller footprint.

The signature fold-out extension panel offers plenty of legroom and makes our tent simple to set up and take down. An improved aerodynamic hard shell allows more bedding storage inside the tent so you can spend less time making your bed, and more time enjoying it. The spacious interior includes a comfortable 9-zone insulated mattress and insulated roof. Reengineered locking latches make this the most secure hard shell roof top tent without limiting accessibility to the camper. Mounting brackets are included, and the telescoping ladder is integrated into the tent design. All that remains is a roof rack, bed rack, or load bars to start your next adventure.

Built to Endure the Elements

Most tents are made from thin, vinyl-coated polyester that restricts airflow and collects condensation. The Skycamp® 3.0 Mini is constructed with a breathable, water-resistant poly-cotton canvas. The thicker material, waterproof zippers, and rainfly keep you dry and stay quieter on windy days. Everything a 4-season roof top tent needs to endure the elements.

 

 

Thoughtful Features You’ll Love

Quilted insulation lines the interior of the Skycamp® 3.0 Mini’s hard shell. This insulation reduces condensation and features iKamper’s signature World Map. The redesigned ladder is easy to use, safer, and more comfortable thanks to angled steps for improved accessibility.

 

Roof Rack requirements:

We can assist with roof racks advice and can also supply and install a suitable system for your vehicle – we encourage you to contact us with any questions before you buy.

iKamper Roof Top Tents are designed to be mounted on two normal cross bar roof racks (such as Rhino Racks), or any other after-market cross bars that have an approved dynamic load rating high enough to safely carry and use your Roof Top Tent. These iKamper tents come with Mounting Brackets 3.0, which are compatible with most of the common sized roof rack bars. For unusual shaped or larger sized cross bars, Mounting Brackets 1.0 should be used (sold separately, please ask).

• For the Skycamp Mini 3.0, roof racks or cross bars must have a dynamic load rating of 57 kg or more. Minimum distance between roof racks = 55cm.
• Bracket mount or ‘gutterless’ mounted roof racks are not approved to be used with these roof top tents. Please contact us to find out more about a suitable roof rack system for your vehicle.
